Returns


As much as we hope you love your purchase, in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, please get in contact with us as as soon as possible (in any event no longer than three days from date of delivery) and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition and/or there is damage to the piece, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Therefore we recommend using a trusted furniture courier for any returns, wrapping the piece as it was sent, and suggest a selection of good quality photos are taken prior to returning the item to show the condition is still as sent originally.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damage on Delivery

If in the unlikely event there is damage to your purchase upon delivery, please make sure this is noted on the delivery receipt with the delivery company. (Once delivery has been accepted and signed for, any damage found to the item is the sole responsibility of the buyer.)
