**Covid-19 Update on Deliveries**
All national deliveries are currently unavailable.
We are doing our best to provide an extended local deliveries to 2 hours from Guildford, Surrey (GU4).
Extra precautions are being taken wearing protective items including gloves and masks and keeping the recommended distance of 2 metres from customers. We are not touching anything else in households other than the furniture being delivered and keeping the deliveries short and sweet. We can still place items in a room of choice if requested.

Normal Delivery process outside of the Covid-19 situation:
We use a local delivery team that specialise in handling furniture. They provide a fantastic service that is complimented on and recommended by all our customers.

One of the great perks of the team we work with is they are able to offer a two man service as standard. Meaning you do not have to help carry the item or find someone that can help. They will also deliver the item to a room of choice making everything as stress free for you as possible.

Here's how it works:
Each listing of an item will tell you how much the delivery cost is and which option to select at checkout.

When purchasing an item at checkout, you will be presented with the delivery options available. Please make sure the correct delivery option is selected as per the delivery details on the listing.

If you have any special requests (i.e a certain week for delivery, certain times of day only available) please list these in the notes so they can be passed on to the team.

Complete your details, including a mobile number which will be passed on to the delivery team for delivery dates and updates.

Once we have confirmation of an order, it is then is booked in with the delivery team along with any special requests.

The team will then be in contact with a suggested date and time frame. Depending on the day of purchase and location, delivery is normally within 2 weeks. Once you have confirmed, we will then receive a date and time for collection of the item.

When it has been collected we will then be in contact to advise the purchase has been dispatched.

Either on the day of delivery or the day before you will receive an estimated time of arrival from the delivery team which is normally a two hour window.

Upon delivery, please thoroughly check the item prior to accepting it. Once delivery has been accepted and signed for, any damage found to the item is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please note delivery excludes Wales and Scotland. If you are in these areas and would like delivery, please send us a message and we can make alternative arrangements.

If you would like to collect this item (Guildford, Surrey) please select "Collection" at checkout and no charge will be added.
