This sweet table has been professionally refurbished including:
Sanded with multiple grades, primed with a shellac based primer (therefore protecting against knots seeping through the paint), sanded again with multiple grades and hand painted with Little Greene's Intelligent Eggshell in "Loft White".
The top of the table has been sanded back to restore the original pine and sealed with a protective satin varnish for durability and a smooth finish. This also protects against water, heat and abrasions.
A new aged drawer pull has been added to the drawer, which has a solid tongue and grove slatted base and dovetail joints. This whole desk is solid pine and very sturdy
This is a vintage item therefore small imperfections may have accumulated over time but this all adds to the character of this unique piece.
